This unique collection is not a straight repro group, but is based on
Fraktur artwork from
Pennsylvania German folk art, circa late 1700s-late 1800s. The collection was developed in conjunction with the Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center in Pennsburg, PA. The main print features a stylized bird, tulips, vines and foliage. It is supported by a smaller, denser overall vine and tulip print; a tossed heart and flower print; a large stripe; a wavy tonal vine, and a checkerboard. Authentic colors include black, hunter, rust, neutral, dusty mint and a teal blue.
